Boomtown BBQ & Chillout
Are you ready for Boomtown’s biggest day of the year? This Fourth of July, we will host both a delicious fundraiser meal and a free cooling center, offering a welcoming oasis among all of the excitement. All are welcome to join us from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Fundraiser Meal
We will serve classic Fourth of July favorites in Fellowship Hall. Each meal includes bbq beans, chips, a drink and Culver's ice cream.
$1 Ice Cream
$5 Kids Hot Dog Meal
$6 Adult Hot Dog Meal
$8 Adult Hamburger Meal
$10 Hamburger & Hot Dog Meal
All proceeds will support the ministries of our church, furthering our mission to share God's love, be a light, foster unity and build community. Payments can be made via cash, check or online. Click the button below to learn more about our giving options.
Free Cooling Center
Escaping the heat? Our building will also serve as a FREE cooling center, open to the public! We will offer complimentary water and popsicles in Fellowship Hall to help everyone stay refreshed. And yes, we have indoor restrooms available for your comfort.
Volunteers Needed
Your support makes all the difference in our community and we need many helping hands for this event!
Donate Your Time
From cooking and serving to cleaning up and taking donations — there's a place for everyone's gifts. Keep your eye out for a sign-up sheet in the gathering area to find a role that's perfect for you.
Donate Supplies
Based on turnout from previous years, we anticipate needing 600 water bottles and popsicles to keep everyone refreshed at the cooling center.
You can help by purchasing and bringing these items to the church any time before Friday, July 4. Monetary donations are also welcome. We will be shopping wholesale for maximum impact. Keep your eye out for a sign-up sheet in the gathering area to let us know how you can pitch in.
