Wamego UMC Kids
At Wamego UMC, children are encouraged to participate in every aspect of church life! Our children's ministry is geared toward ages three years old - 5th grade. Explore the information below to learn how you can get involved.
Sunday School
Our Sunday school class meets every week during our 10 a.m. worship service. After the children's message (early in the service), a member of our Education Team guides the kids to Room 123, located on the north end of the building.
Join us in learning about God's love through engaging stories, joyful songs and easy crafts that spark curiosity and creativity!

Raise Your Voice
We meet on Wednesday evenings from 6 to 7 p.m. in the Multipurpose Room to learn about Jesus in a fun and engaging way!
Our theme is "Raise Your Voice" for the month of May! Every week this month, we will learn to shout it out and live it loud with music-camp themed lessons including Bible stories, crafts, games and songs.
We also offer a Community Meal every Wednesday evening from 5 to 7 p.m. in Fellowship Hall. Learn more:
Summer of Service
This summer, your children can make a BIG difference in our community. We will meet every Tuesday in June and July from 10 to 11:30 a.m. for a hands-on service project designed for little hands with big hearts.
On the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of June and July, we will host a service-oriented activity at the Wamego Community Market. Come once or come often — every act of kindness matters!
