Worship Worksheet
Our worship worksheet is a Google Sheets document designed to help organize the worship planning process. Google Sheets works almost exactly like Excel except it's online, making it perfect for such a collaborative process. It can be used by anyone coordinating any part of worship! (e.g. those finding communion servers, special music, greeters, etc.) It's also useful for those volunteering at worship services. (e.g. liturgists, the creative team, organists, etc.)
Anyone can access and edit the worship worksheet using the link below or the button above. You can do so on a mobile device, although it is easier to navigate on a desktop. On mobile, you can use the labels at the top of the page to navigate through each week. On a desktop, these labels are at the bottom of the page.

What is it?
Our worship worksheet is a Google Sheets document to help organize the worship planning process. Google Sheets works almost exactly like Excel except it's online and many people can access the same document, making it perfect for such a collaborative process.
Save File
The save file works just like the worship worksheet! It's a great tool for those finding volunteers (e.g. special music performers, liturgists, acolytes, and children's time leaders). The first sheet is a quick list of volunteers, their contact information and the last time they volunteered. Following that sheet are copies of each worship worksheet since we began using this tool. You can use those to see exactly who has done what in the past. To search for more specific information quickly, click edit, then find and replace!Anyone can access the save file using the link below or the button above.
